Phum Baitang means green village in Khmer, and at six in the morning, standing on a terrace above rice paddies that stretch all the way to the treeline, that name feels earned. Zannier built their Siem Reap property like a village on stilts, slowly, close to the land, even when the land is metres below your feet.
